very unefficient customer service


I have never felt so frustrate dealing with any customer service before. Dealing with Micro center is. I made an online order to purchase 2 printers used my citi virtual credit card. I have been contacted 3 times because they can't verify my billing address with citi. Every time, I have told them it is a virtual credit card, you will need to mention it when you contact the credit card company. After the 3rd call, I said I will contact my bank to see what the issue is. I talked to my bank and I was told as long as they tell the bank customer service people it is a virtual card, and provide the billing address, customer service will be able to tell if it is correct or not. I called micro center right back and giving them this information. Then I have never heard back. After more than a week, I was wondering what is going on, so I contacted them again. Nothing has been done since then. This is more than half a month since I placed the order. I am very unhappy with their service. If you have a choice to buy stuff from another place, don't go here!!!
